Rally against Bill C-39 at MP Olszewski’s office, Nov 12
About this action
November 12th is a national day of action against Bill C-39 and Edmonton is gathering alongside communities across the country, to tell our MPs to vote NO on Bill C-39. Bill C-39 will be brought for a final vote in the House of Commons in the coming weeks, and MP Olszewski needs to know that Edmontonians reject this dangerous legislation. Seniors for Climate Action Now!, Climate Justice Edmonton, Indigenous Climate Action, Keepers of the Water, the National Farmers Union, the Canadian Labour Congress, the Council of Canadians and many more are organizing this rally. They've asked for labour to be there, because workers have a lot at stake. Let's make sure we show up. Please forward this to your local, your co-workers and your friends. Questions about the rally? Contact edmontonclimateseniors@gmail.com. Can't make it on a Thursday afternoon? Send a letter to the members of the legislative committee: https://win.newmode.net/350org/c39-committee-letter
